Prologue

     I have always been most interested in now and, the future - not the past. I care most deeply for people, principles and purpose. I prefer to invest my time in labor, love and laughter.

Talking about little things and wasting time is simply boring. An idle mind is an empty space seeking hope from you.

This is the joyful beginning of a new book, in which I share my view of success. First, I wish to express that I enjoy the ride more than the particular vehicle that got me here.

My focus has been on "RESULTS" - 'Realizing Every Step Ultimately Leads To Success.' I believe the light that we shine as human beings through service, education and invention with love and passion is our highest gift to humanity. My routine is simple - I wake, rise, pray, work, play, rest and most importantly, seek to love, everyday. My father, Earl Louis Wright, Sr. shared his wisdom with me throughout his life and, especially on my thirteenth birthday: "You have choices in life, you always have choices. You can choose to wait on the bus, drive the bus or own the bus...it's your choice...it's up to you."

     As a boy my grandmothers and my mother taught me, my brothers and my sisters the importance of prayer, especially before we went to bed at night. I was brought up in a spiritual environment, surrounded by love for God, family, country and community. My prayers to God are never complicated - I ask for wisdom and understanding to best serve, everyday.

I seek not fame, fortune or fanciness in my prayers. I sincerely hope that I am never selfish or greedy in my daily pursuits. My mission remains "HEALTH" and it stands for 'Helping Every Age Live Today Healthy.'
